Social Media & Content

We build the channel, shoot the material ourselves and deliver to plan every month. No posting by chance, no stock footage, no number without proof.

Chapter 01 · Process

Six steps, the same every month

The difference between a living channel and a dead one is not creativity, it is reliability. That is why every month follows the same process here, and every step has a date.

01

Setting topics

We set the topics, not the client. They run in a fixed rotation of image, trust and value, so the channel does more than advertise. Ideas that are not due yet go into a topic bank and become next month's supply.

02

Briefing in writing

Before every shooting day a written brief goes out: number of finished videos, a numbered topic list, delivery date, short confirmation back. We did not invent this rule, we learned it after a month in which verbally agreed quantities drifted apart.

03

Shooting day

One day on site, material for several weeks. We bring the scripts, including hook, sequence and closing line, so nobody has to improvise in front of the camera. We shoot where the work happens, not in a studio.

04

Editing and copy

Cut, subtitles, sound and end card. Plus the copy, written separately for each platform: Instagram differs from TikTok, YouTube gets a searchable title. Posting the same text three times is the most common wasted opportunity.

05

Plan and publishing

A calendar with a fixed rhythm and a fixed time, for ongoing clients every three days at 18:30, when the audience scrolls in the evening. Every slot carries date, format, topic, role and status. You get the plan as a calendar file to import, and we publish it or your team does.

06

Review

At the end of the month, the numbers that matter and a clear conclusion for the month ahead. What worked gets repeated and turned into an ad. What did not work gets dropped instead of running on out of habit.

Chapter 02 · Channel setup

Before the first post exists

A channel is a promise, not a place to store pictures. So it starts with the uncomfortable question of what your brand should stand for there, and which topics you can credibly own.

Positioning

What the channel stands for, in one sentence that still holds in six months.

Visual language

Colours, type, image logic and reusable templates, so every post is recognisably yours.

Profile

Name, bio, highlights and links set up so a stranger understands what this is about within ten seconds.

Topic bank

A filled list of topics that carry, instead of the eternal question of what to post today.

Chapter 03 · Formats

What we produce

Everything is made here, from the shoot to the finished file. No stock footage everybody has seen, and no off-the-shelf template.

Reels

Short video with hook, cut, subtitles and end card. Ready to post, not raw material.

Carousels

Multi-page posts that actually explain one thing, built in your visual language. Two to four a month with ongoing management.

Statics and stories

Single images and story material from the same shooting day, so nothing goes quiet between the bigger posts.

Ad creative

What works organically we rebuild as an ad and run through your ad account. More on that under Marketing and Performance.

Chapter 04 · Rules

What we stick to, even when it is inconvenient

These points are not up for negotiation, not even for a better post. They are the reason you do not have to double-check what we publish.

No number without proof

No invented results, no rounded wishful figures, no reviews that do not exist. If a number appears on screen, there is a source behind it.

Statements belong to the client

Professional statements come from you and are confirmed before publication. We do not put words in your mouth, and we do not invent quotes.

No third-party brands on screen

Other companies' logos and brands stay out. Names in the copy are fine where they are factually needed.

Subtitles always burned in

Most people watch without sound. Subtitles are rendered into the image, not switched on by the viewer.

Chapter 05 · Responsibilities

Who does what, settled up front

So nobody waits on anybody, we agree before the start what comes from you and what we handle. In our experience a monthly plan never stalls at the edit, it stalls on missing material.

From you

Access to the channels, one contact who can decide, dates for the shooting day and existing material such as before-and-after shots.

From us

Topics, scripts, shoot, edit, copy, editorial plan, publishing and review.

Approvals

You see the posts before they go live. There is an approval deadline, so the plan does not collapse when feedback is missing.

Rights

The material is yours. You may keep using it, as an ad too, and after the collaboration ends.

Your channel, but with a plan.

Tell us what you want to achieve. We will tell you honestly whether social media is the right lever for it.
